Job description

Chief of Neurovascular Neurosurgery, Northern Region

RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey’s largest integrated health care delivery system, is seeking a Chief of Neurovascular Neurosurgeon for the Northern Region (Jersey City Medical Center and other northern hospitals) for hire at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ. The role will assist in providing oversight over neurovascular activity within the RWJBarnabas Health System, overseeing development of quality, safety, care standards, and operational efficiency across the region as it pertains to neurovascular and general neurosurgery. The position will administer leadership, strategy, and oversight over the core competencies of the neurovascular service line.

Candidate Requirements
  • Board certified in Neurosurgery, or eligible
  • Fellowship trained preferred
  • NJ licensed or eligible for licensure

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $715,000 to $1,100,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
