The Network Engineer is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and support of the organization's network infrastructure. This role ensures the reliability, performance, security, and availability of enterprise networking services across corporate offices, remote locations, data centers, and cloud environments. The Network Engineer works closely with senior engineers, security teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support network operations and deliver infrastructure projects that align with organizational objectives.


  • Install, configure, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure reliable service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents and service disruptions.
  • Support LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud networking environments.
  • Participate in infrastructure projects, technology upgrades, and site deployments.
  • Collaborate with security, systems, cloud, and telecommunications teams to support business operations.
  • Perform network troubleshooting involving routing, switching, wireless, and connectivity issues.
  • Support incident management and participate in root cause analysis activities.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineering staff as needed.
  • Work with the trouble ticketing system and provides end user support.
  • Manages work orders to meet or exceed SLAs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • 3–5 years of network engineering or network administration experience.
  • Fortinet Certified Associate (FCA) or Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) Desired
    Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700) Desired
  • Experience with Fortinet, Meraki, Cisco or equivalent enterprise networking technologies.
  • Experience supporting Azure and AWS cloud networking environments.
  • Advanced TCP/IP fundamentals including routing, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, subneting, network sniffing, WINS, DNS, and DHCP. Proficiency in
