Job Summary:

The Infrastructure Support Engineer will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for enterprise infrastructure environments, including Networking, Citrix Virtualization, Client Computing, and Server Administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, operational support expertise, and the ability to maintain high availability of critical business services.

The ideal candidate should possess a broad infrastructure background with hands-on experience managing enterprise systems, virtual desktop environments, servers, networking technologies, and endpoint platforms.

Job Duties:

  • 1. Systems & Server Administration
  • Build, deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
  • Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper‑V, KVM).
  • Ensure operating systems and platform software are patched and maintained.
  • 2. Network Infrastructure Management
  • Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, VPN concentrators, and load balancers.
  • Manage IP addressing, VLANs, routing protocols, and network segmentation.
  • Monitor network performance and respond to outages and degradation.
  • 3. Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Support

  • Perform capacity planning for compute, storage, and network.
  • Support hardware lifecycle: procurement, installation, retirement.
  • Contribute to architecture design for new systems and modernization initiatives.

  • Troubleshoot server, application, and authentication-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience across networking, Citrix, server administration, and endpoint support.
  • Experience supporting global enterprise environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Compensation:

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $95,000-$105,000 Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
