This is more than a technical operations role—we are seeking a hands-on leader who can drive performance, develop people, and play a key role in ensuring the reliability of a best-in-class fiber network. This individual will have the opportunity to shape processes, influence operational strategy, and grow into broader leadership responsibilities over time.

If you are motivated by leading teams, solving complex challenges, and advancing your career, this opportunity offers both immediate impact and long-term growth.

This role is ideal for a technical leader who wants more than just reactive operations. You will oversee the performance and reliability of WCTA’s fiber network while leading a critical team responsible for monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive operational excellence. This position offers clear visibility, influence, and a path for career advancement into broader operational or executive leadership roles.

Partner with engineering, field operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Provide technical leadership during major incidents and escalations

Coordinate maintenance windows and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Vendor & Resource Management

Manage relationships with equipment vendors, service providers, and third-party partners

Oversee departmental budget planning and execution

Ensure resources are aligned to meet operational and strategic objectives

What We’re Looking For

Ideal Background May Include:
