The Opportunity : We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Network Operations Center (NOC) Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for NOC staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot our network infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain training materials and lesson plans, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and documentation for NOC procedures and best practices.
* Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for new and existing NOC staff.
* Assess training needs and design curriculum to address skill gaps.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest processes, network technologies, tools, and industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant.
* Collaborate with NOC managers and team leads to identify areas for improvement in staff performance.
* Create and administer tests to evaluate trainees' comprehension and skill levels.
* Provide ongoing mentorship and support to NOC staff.
* Develop and implement strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of NOC standard operating procedures (SOPs). Qualifications: Required: * Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience
