Quality Technician - Night Shift
Job Description
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Industrial Cleaning Technicians for project-based roles within a large industrial manufacturing environment. The position involves supporting two active projects at a facility in Nevada, working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This role requires a commitment of 40–60 hours per week and offers a strong potential for extension or conversion.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical dust control cleaning operations using intrinsically safe equipment, such as pneumatic vacuums and Swiffer type dust control tools.
- Remove fine paint dust and overspray particles generated from powder coating operations.
- Clean floors, walls, surfaces, equipment, and structural areas, including elevated and hard-to-reach spaces.
- Comply with strict PPE requirements at all times.
- Conduct manual labor in outdoor or semi-enclosed areas, including shoveling and handling materials.
- Work around battery shredding and processing operations, with exposure to dirt, debris, and industrial waste.
Essential Skills
- OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER Certification (we will provide training)
- Full Face Respirator Clearance and Training
- Ability to pass a Tesla Level Check
- Successful completion of a 10-panel drug screen
- Capability to work extended hours and night shifts consistently
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in industrial cleaning
- Manufacturing or plant experience
Work Environment
The position is based in an industrial factory setting with non-sterile conditions. It involves physically demanding work that requires full face respirators and disposable coveralls provided by the employer. Work may include confined space activities, managed directly by the Health & Safety team. The role is scheduled for night shifts only, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with the schedule provided one week in advance.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
