Director of Procurement

Our company leverages global sourcing capabilities and a national installer network to deliver turnkey installation of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, and doors across the United States. By combining proven processes, advanced technology, and top talent, we reduce complexity and effort for our customers -- earning a reputation as the nation’s most trusted partner for multifamily and commercial interior finishes.

Role Impact

This director role leads and scales global sourcing and procurement across Asia and the United States. You will shape supplier strategy, oversee manufacturing partnerships, drive quality and logistics excellence, and lead high‑stakes negotiations that directly influence margin, product quality, and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute global sourcing strategy for cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, and sinks

• Expand and diversify supplier base across Asia and North America

• Manage factory audits, supplier scorecards, and continuous improvement

• Optimize logistics, lead times, and landed cost

• Build risk mitigation and redundancy strategies

• Lead major commercial negotiations and long‑term agreements

• Provide executive reporting and lead a China‑based sourcing team

• 15+ years of global procurement or sourcing leadership

• Expertise in building materials and interior finishes

Hands‑on sourcing across China, Vietnam, Korea, Cambodia, or Thailand

• Experience with factory sourcing, quality systems, and logistics

• Strong negotiator with supply chain risk expertise

• Financial acumen and landed cost modeling experience

Why Join Us

• Executive‑level impact on a growing global sourcing platform

• Direct influence on margin, quality, and supply continuity

• Opportunity to build and lead a world‑class procurement function

• Collaborative leadership team with long‑term growth vision

Why this role is attractive

  1. Smaller company → bigger impact
  2. Ability to shape global sourcing strategy
  3. Direct influence on margin and growth
  4. Entrepreneurial vs corporate bureaucracy
  5. Growth trajectory and expanding national footprint
