Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, industry events, etc.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients, partners, and
    industry stakeholders.
  • Lead meetings and presentations to educate potential clients on accounting outsourcing services.
  • Develop tailored proposals and solutions that address the unique needs of prospective clients.
  • Represent firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase visibility and generate leads
  • Track and manage leads, opportunities, and client communications within a CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Define business development strategies and set targets.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed business development goals and sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development.
  • Experience in the accounting or finance industry required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, accounting/finance major preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Results-oriented and client-focused with a history of achieving sales targets.
