  • Experience with Arista switches including CVP, Cisco routers and switches (Nexus), network monitoring and
  • management platforms including SolarWinds including NCM, and Cisco DNA, Wireshark packet analysis,
  • Python scripting and automation, and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS). Good analytical
  • and problem-solving skills.
  • Design, deploy, and manage Cisco wireless networks, including access points, controllers, and related infrastructure.
  • Understanding corporate and guest wifi network.
  • Understanding of wireless authentication method WEP, WPA, WPA2, WPA3, 802.1x/EAP
  • Wireless encryption method AES, TKIP, GCMP
  • Wireless Infrastructure mode terminology like BSS, BSA, SSID, BSSID, ESS, IBSS
  • Understanding of wireless standard RF spectrum and channels
  • Understanding different AP architecture autonomous, cloud based and lightweight
  • Understanding CAPWAP operation.
