Pay Rate Details: Base salary of $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities & Expectations:
Integrated Power Services is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and supporting sales initiatives by collaborating with various departments and teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and provide an unmatched customer experience.
Assist sales team in managing and organizing customer information, sales collateral, and documentation
Act as a liaison between sales representatives, customers, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries or issues
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
Coordinate logistics for sales-related activities
Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales support efforts with other business functions
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the sales support function
Support job related procurement - typically through dealer-to-dealer interactions/relationships or OEM channels
Review and submit billing for projects - follow up with Customer w/ tracking info, etc. to close out the project
Monitor scheduling system status to outline timing of repair, track progress and communicate to customers
Support development of work plans, including timing of repair and costs
Help mediate critical issues with customers
Manage Customer Returns / Vendor Returns
Manage Warranty Requests (WAR / Approvals)
Coordinate required PO approvals
Manage Review & Process Credit Memo Requests
Manage month end closing (Sales & Operations)
Project Close Out
Support organization in providing software expertise (e.g. Microsoft Office)
NetSuite experience preferred - ability to become a super user require
Qualifications and Competencies:
Microsoft Projects and/or other scheduling & planning experience required
Exposure to continuous improvement operating cultures (Lean, 5S, Safety, High Engagement Work Systems) preferred
5+ years of project management, technical sales, customer service, or similar experience preferred
Experience in Power Management or related industry preferred
Critical attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to understand, perform and retain various job-related training
Flexible with hours, overtime, and some weekend work
Sharp analytical thinking and reasoning abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to analyze and interpret data and take appropriate action
