  • Coordinate QA, UAT, integration testing, regression testing, defect remediation, and release readiness activities.
  • Support release planning, deployment coordination, change control readiness, release notes, and implementation communications.

Vendor & Partner Coordination
  • Coordinate Agile delivery activities involving external vendors and implementation partners.
  • Track vendor deliverables, dependencies, decisions, open issues, and action items.
  • Facilitate technical discussions between internal teams and external partners to keep delivery aligned with Pharma Logistics priorities.

  • Recommend improvements in Agile practices, business analysis standards, documentation standards, testing discipline, release governance, and delivery transparency.
  • Promote practical automation and DevOps practices where appropriate.

Administrative & Project Coordination - 20%
  • Provide concise project and sprint status updates to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain action logs, decision records, meeting notes, risks, dependencies, and project documentation.
