NetSuite Administrator Developers are professionals who manage, configure, and customize the NetSuite ERP platform for organizations. They handle user access, system integrations, and data management, ensuring the software supports business processes efficiently. In addition to traditional admin tasks, they often write scripts and develop custom solutions to extend the platform's functionality. Netsuite Administrator Developers often encounter challenges such as ensuring seamless data flow between Netsuite and third-party applications, handling system limitations for complex customizations, and managing version compatibility during updates. • Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) resolving internal support tickets and performing root-cause analysis.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOX, compliance controls, etc.)

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of dedicated NetSuite administration experience, including at least one full-cycle NetSuite implementation preferred

  • NetSuite Administrator Certification or NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, the capacity to work in fast-paced environments, and the communication skills to translate technical IT lingo into business terms for non-technical users
  • Embrace and live by the mission and values of Cypress Creek Renewables

  • Experience in multi-entity or multi-system environments.
  • Knowledge of system integration tools or APIs.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements.
