Exeter, NH | Full-time, Monday–Friday | $50,000–$60,000 | On-site

NETC keeps New England moving. Time somebody told the world about it. NETC Fleet Services is hiring a dedicated brand and communications professional. This is an opportunity to build the brand's external presence for a growing vehicle service organization spanning locations across New England and beyond. The Brand & Communications Coordinator will lead NETC's social media presence — including short-form video content — keep the company website current and well-maintained, and shape how customers see NETC. This role reports directly to the COO and will work closely with leadership to develop NETC's public-facing brand identity.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the feed. Plan, create, and post content that actually stops the scroll.
  • Lights, camera, brand. Shoot and edit Reels and Shorts people want to watch.
  • Keep us sharp online. A website that works as hard as we do.
  • Be our voice. Customer content, reviews, and reputation — all you.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • A camera-ready eye — comfortable shooting and editing short-form video
  • Website chops (WordPress or similar), ready to keep it running strong
  • Working knowledge of major social media platforms and content scheduling tools
  • A writer people actually want to read
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial/field-services environment
  • Valid driver's license; regular travel to other NETC locations across New England may be required
Physical Work Environment
  • Primarily office-based at the Exeter, NH location
  • Regular on-site visits to shop/yard locations across New England for photo and video content, involving frequent exposure to an active vehicle service environment

What we offer:

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Life insurance and disability coverage
  • AFLAC plans
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Vacation time and paid holidays
  • A growing company where the sky's the limit
