Job description

Full-Time Nanny Needed Early September Start

Location:Haverford, Pennsylvania
Schedule:MondayFriday, 7:30 AM6:30 PM
Hours:Approximately 55 hours per week
Compensation:Net $30/hour, equating to approximately $1,875 per week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, nurturing, and dependable full-time nanny to primarily care for our 1-year-old child. The older children will typically be at school or activities during the day, with transportation handled by parents or additional childcare support. This role is centered around providing attentive, development-focused care for our youngest child while working collaboratively with mom, who will be in and out of the home throughout the day.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive daily care for a 1-year-old child
  • Prepare and manage feeding routines and meals/snacks
  • Assist with bathing and daily hygiene routines
  • Handle child-related laundry and maintain organization of baby items
  • Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities to support milestones and learning
  • Take child to library programs, music classes, and other enrichment activities
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and loving environment
  • Work collaboratively with mom as part of a team-oriented household
Additional Responsibilities
  • Light tidying related to the baby and childrens spaces only
  • No deep housekeeping responsibilities
  • No pet care responsibilities
Travel & Flexibility
  • Ideal candidate is available for occasional overnight care
  • Willingness to travel with the family 23 times per year preferred
Requirements
  • Highly experienced driver with a safe driving record
  • Prior experience caring for infants/toddlers required
