Overview
A warm, entrepreneurial family in Denver is seeking an exceptional
Bilingual Personal Assistant / Family Assistant to become a trusted extension of their household and businesses. Supporting two busy Principals, this dynamic, fast-paced role provides seamless assistance across their home, businesses, personal lives, and family operations. The family has four young children and employs dedicated childcare professionals; however, this role may occasionally provide brief oversight or assistance when a nanny is unavailable or additional support is needed. Working alongside an established Executive Assistant, Estate Manager, and household staff, you'll help anticipate needs, manage day-to-day logistics, coordinate vendors and special projects, and create organization and efficiency behind the scenes. Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the Principals' trusted in-person assistant across their residences, businesses, and family life.
- Coordinate personal errands, appointments, travel logistics, reservations, shopping, returns, and special projects.
- Partner closely with the Executive Assistant, Estate Manager, and household staff to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Communicate daily with household employees and vendors in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with calendar flow, daily scheduling, reminders, and helping the Principals stay on schedule throughout the day.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, deliveries, household services, and maintenance appointments.
- Maintain organized workspaces, closets, household inventory, vehicles, and personal belongings.
- Handle luxury wardrobe management, dry cleaning, alterations, package management, and inventory tracking.
- Assist with travel preparation, packing, unpacking, and itinerary support.
- Support business operations through administrative tasks, document preparation, expense tracking, research, and organization.
- Assist with events, meetings, photoshoots, and business activations, including on-site coordination when needed.
- Provide very occasional oversight or assistance with the family's four children when the nanny is unavailable or additional support is needed, including assisting with family logistics, school pickups, or activities as requested.
- Care for family pets while at the office or home, including walks, feeding, and general care.
- Assist with light household organization and daily upkeep to maintain polished, welcoming environments.
- Provide occasional evening, weekend, and travel support as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals or families strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Family Assistant, Household Manager, or similar private service role.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Strong administrative and project coordination experience.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Apple products, ChatGPT, and other modern productivity tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Passport with the ability to travel when requested.
