Inside Sales / Onboarding

Role is located in Grant Pass, OR. Pay rate: $20.00. Markup – 33.05. Tenure discount 13 months – 22.50. Payment terms NET 90 (paid when paid). OIG/GSA and background screenings required. Missing equipment fee if the equipment is not returned - $2000.00.

General function: Support the Luxottica system entry efforts to support Luxottica master data governance policies. Ability to self-direct data processing request forms received via request tracking tool and take direction from Manager while ensuring at least 99% accuracy of entries into the system. Work on projects such as the analysis of reports, data, communications, and data maintenance, based on specific data validation rules.

Major duties and responsibilities:

  • Data entry and maintenance for core business systems
    • Perform data entry functions as requested through the request system.
    • Execute and validate Data Testing, including other system interfaces.
  • New functionality
    • Identify and document business rules and requirements under the supervision of the Manager.
    • Document possible solutions to any open issues during project development and testing phases.
    • Prepare written communications such as notes and support notes for new features or system changes.

General responsibilities:

  • Data entry into SAP IS Retail, Luxottica PLM, JDA, JB, etc.
  • Prioritize workload based on requested due date and type of projects.
  • Support team members and new initiatives as needed.

Communication:

  • Verbal/written – communicates effectively verbally and in written form.
  • Listening – Effectively listens to others.

Communicates with others: Oral and written communication with CSC departments and reporting and analysis partner consultants.
