Position: ASP.Net C# developer

Location: Salem, OR

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description

Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. May require a bachelor's degree. Requires 5 years or more of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

The ODOT OReGO Program has identified functionality needed for the Road Usage Charge Administration System (RUCAS) to support program operations, executive management and legislative data/report requests, development of program enhancements, data analysis, etc.

The scope of work includes tasks associated with system analysis, development and testing of RUCAS functionality; coordination with ODOT staff; and collaboration with the program's technical coordinator, program manager and other program staff for the successful delivery of the project.
