• Work with Project team, and IT partners in delivering solutions and troubleshooting technical issues during integration, migration of custom components.
• Ability to analyze issues and provide recommendations to project team and provide knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
• Hands on experience in installation / patching / configuration of various IBM FileNet suite of products including (but not limited to) FileNet Content Manager 5.2.1, Workplace 4.0.2, IBM Content Navigator 2.0.3+/3.0
• Sound knowledge of FileNet architecture and dependencies
