Job description

The NEON Digital Distribution Team is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Physical Media Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about film, appreciates the craft of physical media, and thrives at the intersection of project management, creative collaboration, and operational execution.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate all physical media development and delivery, including authoring, menu and packaging creative and metadata for NEON and 3rd party titles
  • Liaise with delivery team/licensor to ensure necessary materials are received on timeย 
  • Maintain trackers and communication between vendors, partners, and internal teams including legal, marketing, merchandising and delivery
  • Maintain internal inventory, arranging deliveries and shipments when needed
  • QC external vendor product pages to ensure launch accuracy
  • Organize all working and final elements in a succinct and clear hierarchy (box, Google Drive, etc)
  • Track and report on physical media landscape including competition, new developments and trends
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects in support of all home entertainment business, coordinate and assist in the overall tracking of performance and analysis
Compensation:

This position has a target annual pay range of $65,000 to 70,000 per annum.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the NYC or LA office a minimum of three days per week.

Requirements

  • 2+ years work experience in film, tv or creative agency, or equivalent internship experience
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Physical media experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and meticulous sense of detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to anticipate needs and solve logistical challenges
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, who can work independently, but also thrives in a collaborative team environment
  • A genuine passion for film, physical media and collector editions, with knowledge of the home entertainment landscape and an appreciation for thoughtfully curated releases
  • Comfort with Adobe Creative Suite
