Job description

About the Position

NEO Logistics is looking for a dependable and detail oriented Kitting and Packaging Associate to assemble premium hotel guest amenity and in room kits for major hotels and resorts.

The work is straightforward, but accuracy, consistency, and presentation are extremely important. The person in this position will assemble each kit according to specific instructions, carefully package the finished product, and inspect it to make sure it meets our quality standards.

This position involves working with adult oriented romance products. Applicants should be comfortable handling and packaging products in this category.


Responsibilities

• Gather the correct bags and individual kit components

• Place each component into the bag according to the provided instructions

• Verify that every kit contains the correct products and quantities

• Place completed kits neatly into their boxes

• Apply stickers and labels straight, cleanly, and in the correct location

• Inspect completed kits for missing items, damaged products, or packaging errors

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Keep materials separated and properly organized

• Meet daily production expectations without sacrificing quality

• Notify management when materials are running low or when product issues are discovered


Ideal Candidate

• Comfortable performing repetitive assembly and packaging work

• Comfortable handling adult oriented romance products

• Able to follow written instructions and examples carefully

Previous warehouse, assembly, packaging, fulfillment, or quality control experience is helpful, but not required. Training will be provided.


Compensation and Schedule

The position pays $17-$18 per hour and is expected to average approximately 25 to 28 hours per week.

The normal schedule will be Monday through Friday, approximately 5 to 6 hours per day. Specific daily hours will be discussed during the interview.
