Job description

The position of NDT Supervisor (Fluorescent Penetrant Testing, Fluorescent Penetrant Processing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Eddy-Current Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Wet Etch and X-Ray) will lead a highly experienced team in the disciplines of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). This position is responsible for the requirements of the NDT Department during the assigned shift. The NDT Supervisor will ensure that the scheduled work is executed safely and in a systematic manner so that qualified technicians can perform the assigned tasks. This position will monitor the completion of work while confirming the quality standards are being met.

From a technical experience standpoint, the NDT Supervisor will apply their knowledge and skills while abiding to the National Aerospace Standard 410 for turbine engine components, primarily used in the aerospace industry or similar field of experience. Under the guidance of the NDT Manager and assistance from the Responsible Level III, exercise the privileges of the company certifications and supervise the preparation, processing and inspecting of parts in various stages of repair using Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods. This position operates from an all-new state-of-the-art facility with ultra-modern technology and equipment throughout and a climate-controlled environment.
