Job description

Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a NDE Coordinator to be an integral part of our Fabrication team. Epic takes pride in our quality of work and has a goal of building our workforce with the most talented employees.  You'll have an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects on a national and global scale. We can meet you at any skill level, whether you are just starting your career or have years of experience under your belt.

 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Expedite project sketches/spools daily, while maintaining good, professional working relationships with other departments.
  •  Maintain all flagging of spools to ensure correct loading and moving.
  • Facilitate the loading and moving of spools from Xray to Hydo or Stress.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments.
  • Assist in locating spools.
  •  Work with Document Control to ensure timely flagging and sketch return.
  • Assist other departments once QC functions have been completed.
  • Take a proactive approach to the tasks at hand.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)  
  • Experience: 2 plus years of experience.
  • Computer Skills: JD Edwards, Microsoft Office (Preferred not required)
  • Certifications & Licenses: None specifically required.
