Job description

Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner Provider to join our team at our Sun Prairie Clinic. This position is a 0.8-1.0 FTE primarily working Monday - Friday, days. No weekends or holidays required.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Advanced Practicing Provider, under the supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations and Collaborating/Supervising Physician(s), assists in the delivery of quality medical care; working in conjunction with clinical support staff.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:
  • State of Wisconsin RN license
  • Master of Science degree or equivalent
  • National Certification (AANP, ANCC, NCB/PNP, or NCC)
  • State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) Certification.
  • ACLS certification preferred.
  • 3 years of relevant clinical experience as an NP strongly preferred.

OR
  • State of Wisconsin Physician Assistant License required.
  • National Certification (NCCPA) required.
  • ACLS certification preferred
  • 3 years of relevant clinical experience as an PA strongly preferred.

Shift: Monday-Friday, days. No weekends or holidays.
FTE: 0.8-1.0
