Job description

Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our Prairie Ridge Health hospitalist team in the role of Inpatient Hospitalist Advanced Practitioner. This position is PRN and will work Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-5pm.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Inpatient Hospitalist Advanced Practicing Provider, under the supervision of the Vice President of Patient Care and Collaborating/Supervising Physician(s), assists in the delivery of quality medical care; working in conjunction with clinical support staff.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION

  • State of Wisconsin RN license (for NP only)
  • Master of Science degree or equivalent National Certification (AANP, ANCC, NCB/PNP, NCC, NCCPA, or PA-C)
  • State of Wisconsin Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) Certification or State of Wisconsin Physician Assistant License required
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • BLS And ACLS certification required.

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-5pm.

FTE: PRN (as needed)
