Job description

Seeking a Technical Lead / Architect to design and deliver Next Best Action / Next Best Offer (NBA/NBO)solutions using Azure Rules Engine and Snowflake. The role will lead architecture, implementation, and integration of real-time and batch decisioning capabilities to drive personalized customer engagement and business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

·         Architect end-to-end NBA/NBO solutions (real-time + batch)

·         Design and implement decision strategies, rules, and offer, Suppression logic using FICO

·         Integrate decisioning engine with CRM, marketing, and digital channels

·         Enable API-driven and event-based real-time decisioning

·         Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data, business, QA)

·         Ensure governance, auditability, and scalability of decisioning platform

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, KPIs, and outcomes


Key Skills & Experience

Core Expertise

·         10+ years IT experience; 5+ years in decisioning/NBA/NBO solutions

·         Strong hands-on experience with: 

o    Azure Platform working with Snowflake data architecture

Technical Skills

·         Decision rules, strategy design, eligibility & prioritization logic

·         Snowflake: data modeling, ELT/ETL, performance tuning

·         APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures

·         SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)

·         CI/CD, DevOps, and secure integration patterns
