Functional Description: ย 

  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/projectย objectives.ย 
  • Analyzes requirements, status,ย budgetย and schedules.ย 
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.ย 
  • Collects, completes,ย organizesย and interprets data relating toย aircraft/weapons/project acquisitions and product programs.ย 
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.ย 
  • Applies government-instituted process for documentation, change control management and data management.ย 

Duties and Responsibilities: ย 

  • Analyze program/project financial plans and input data into approved trackers, Navy / PMA web applications. ย 
  • Manage, review, engineering change proposals to assist in project planning / scheduling. ย 
  • Assist in development of project planning, program documentation, and CDRL management in support of program efforts. ย 
  • Provide acquisitions and programmatic support to leadership as required.ย 

Required Experience:ย ย ย 

  • Journeyman level - at least 3 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.ย ย 
  • Proficient in MS. Office suite of applications.ย 

Desired Experience:ย ย ย ย 

  • Experience with Navy Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) application.ย 
  • 3 or more years' experience supporting NAVAIR acquisition programs.ย 

Education Requirements:ย  ย 


BA/BS degreeย or related fieldย or supplemental experience isย required.ย  ย ย
