Job Summary:
Digital Consultants LLC is a certified SBA 8(a) small, disadvantaged business dedicated to delivering professional solutions to IT customers across various sectors. They are seeking a Senior Technology Analyst responsible for managing system integrations, implementing reporting solutions, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements for the Department of the Navy. The role involves interfacing with program offices and supporting various Microsoft 365 technologies within the Navy Flank Speed cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
• Integrate and maintain Microsoft 365 technologies such as SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI within the Navy Flank Speed cloud environment.
• Support interoperability between legacy SharePoint systems and modern cloud-hosted platforms.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, forms, reporting tools, and automated business processes.
• Manage APIs.
• Manage data migration.
• Manage system interfaces.
• Ensure continuity of operations during modernization efforts.
• Manage configuration control.
• Manage deployment pipelines.
• Manage Agile Scrum development activities.
• Manage Change Control Board (CCB) processes, testing, and release management.
• Manage help desk support for Navy and Marine Corps users.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information science, information systems management, technology management, or similar math, science or technology discipline.
• Meet the requirements of SECNAV M-5239.2, the 'DON Information Assurance Workforce Management Manual' to include Security+, CySA+, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CAP/CGRC, CISA, or Cloud+.
• Possess a current and active Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) certification, or an equivalent successor certification.
• Eight (8) years of experience in developing and supporting management information systems, and experience in the phases of product lifecycle, to include analysis and design, coding, testing, documentation, and configuration management.
• Possess experience developing, testing, and troubleshooting MS Power Platform applications.
• Possess experience with administration of Microsoft SharePoint sites and data.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office to include (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) as well as Project and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred:
• A master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Possess experience working with DoD or DON systems and management.
• Possess experience with Federal, DOD, and DON human research protection requirements.
