Job description

GeoSearch is actively seeking a full-time LiDAR Scanning Manager. The Scanning Manager will lead the development and execution of scanning for an electrical subcontractor on a Data Center Project. Responsibilities include planning, setup, execution, processing, and integration with BIM and construction teams. Responsibilities also include coordination with survey teams and establishing control for proper site scanning. The candidate will work closely with our BIM manager and critical construction teams. The candidate will utilize a NavVis VLX3, provided by GeoSearch's client.


Qualifications

  • Proven reality capture experience
  • Large scale industrial, mission critical, or advanced manufacturing a plus
  • Proficiency in Virtual Design tools and methodologies
  • Electrical experience a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with diverse teams
  • Must work onsite
  • 50 hours/weekย
