Wellbeing Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is designed for a remote work environment, allowing counselors to interact with clients through telehealth platforms. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Wellbeing Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ongoing assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintaining regular communication with supervisors and team members to discuss client progress, treatment modifications, and case management tasks.
• Preparing a tentative schedule of appointments, including teletherapy sessions, and home visits where necessary to monitor client outcomes.
• Coordinating and completing detailed home visits and observations to gather comprehensive information for client assessments.
• Ensuring that the treatment program is executed efficiently, fostering an atmosphere of trust and support for clients.
• Participating actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate on client care strategies and share insights from your clinical practice.
• Providing regular documentation including monthly and quarterly progress notes to track and report on client advancements.
• Organizing training and development sessions for staff and team members to guarantee proficiency in implementing therapy techniques and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Following up with clients through interviews, home visits, and observations to continue supporting their journeys.
• Acting as a liaison between the organization and the community to promote mental health awareness and developmental goals.
• Assisting in creating effective training materials and procedures to enhance the therapeutic programs offered to clients.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients, including both adults and youth, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, family dynamics, and more. Your expertise will enable you to create tailored treatment plans and offer guidance that helps clients navigate their challenges and achieve better health outcomes.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
• A strong foundation in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is preferred.
• Deep understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proven team collaboration skills, demonstrating the ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

While the minimum experience required is two years, candidates with a specialization in specific therapeutic areas (such as trauma therapy or substance use treatment) will be viewed favorably. Experience working with multiple demographics in various settings will be beneficial.

Wellbeing Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Additional benefits include:
