• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify individual client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their personal goals, cultural values, and specific circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats, including individual, family, and group sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources to clients in acute distress, and work closely with the broader healthcare team to maintain continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with valuable knowledge and coping strategies to manage mental health conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and share insights that contribute to treatment planning.
• Conduct regular outcome assessments to gauge treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary for optimal patient progress.
• Stay current with research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health to enhance clinical skills and provide the highest quality of care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, necessary for building rapport with patients from various cultural backgrounds.

• Experience in trauma-informed care or working with clients in a detox or recovery setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and SFBT.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention and collaborative work with healthcare professionals.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
