Overview:

Nature Care Landscape, a leading company in the landscape maintenance industry in California, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the landscape, property management or related industries, with specific experience in direct sales and relationship building. This role involves managing a team of 10 sales professionals with the goal of expanding our landscape maintenance contract sales across the state.
Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term sustainability.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a 10-person sales team, ensuring they have the training, resources, and guidance needed to achieve their individual and collective sales targets.
  • Sales Execution: Drive the sales process from prospecting and initial contact through negotiation, closing, and post-sale service, with a keen focus on direct sales and relationship building.
  • Industry Networking: Actively engage with industry players, including potential clients, partners, and competitors, to stay informed of market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and contract renewal.
