New concept from the founders of Roberta's and Blanca. Looking for self-motivated, hard working servers to join our small team. Expect a tight, focused, aspirational menu and an all natural wine list. Earn the chance to work with some of the finest food products and wine. Qualifications:
A genuine passion in hospitality
The ability to create a polished, but fun environment for guests to have a unique dining experience
2 years of experience in aspirational restaurants
A very good working knowledge of natural wine and a keen interest in continued wine education
Possess a deep sense of urgency
Physical Requirements
Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
Must be able to work on your feet for at least 6 hours
Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift up to 40 pounds on occasion and 15 pounds regularly
