- The ability to create a polished, but fun environment for guests to have a unique dining experience
- 2 years of experience in aspirational restaurants
- A very good working knowledge of natural wine and a keen interest in continued wine education
- Possess a deep sense of urgency

- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 6 hours
- Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift up to 40 pounds on occasion and 15 pounds regularly
