Location: Evansville, IN

Facility: Ascension St. Vincent

Department/Specialty: Cardiac Telemetry

Schedule: Full Time | Days, 7am-7pm

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Lead the patient's clinical journey by implementing and monitoring personalized care plans that prioritize safety, recovery, and high-quality outcomes.

  • Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure every aspect of the patient's treatment is seamless, holistic, and well-communicated.

  • Advocate for patient health by vigilantly monitoring conditions and communicating critical changes to the medical team for immediate, proactive interventions.

  • Empower patients and their families by assessing discharge needs and coordinating a clear transition plan, ensuring they have the resources required for a successful recovery at home.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
What additional requirements you'll need

Prefer at least 1-2 yrs previous cardiac exp in a high acuity inpatient hospital
