Your future role at a glance

Location: Partially remote with expectation of routine on-site hospital visits.

Indiana residence is required.

Schedule: Day shift | Full-time

Salary:  $118,129.00 - $159,821.00 per year

Eligible for annual bonus incentive

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Market level oversight for infection control across 18 hospitals, including crisis management and standardization of processes.

  • Validate data, analyze reports, and maintain timely communication via email.

  • Ensure team competency and stay current with market and national developments in infection control.

  • Guide and manage the infection control team.

  • Round at various hospitals and escalate critical needs to senior leadership.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Certification specializing in Infection Control credentialed from the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc. (CBIC) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Registered Nurse, Master's degree, and CIC certification obtained prior to hire or job transfer date.
  • Minimum 5 years of acute care hospital infection prevention experience, including at least 2 years at a manager, director, or regional director level (lead experience is not considered manager level experience).
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing staff, presenting to hospital executive teams, facilitating meetings, and writing policies, procedures, and protocols.
