Night Shift: Laboratory Sanitation Associate!

Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84123
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
Pay: $20.40/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (with potential for permanent placement)

No prior laboratory experience required!

As a Laboratory Sanitation Associate, you’ll play a vital role in keeping lab operations running smoothly—preparing materials, organizing glassware, and assisting with sterile processing to ensure the highest standards. Responsibilities
  • Prepare test solutions (media) according to detailed SOPs
  • Stock and organize glassware and media for Lab Analysts in sterile cleanrooms and incubators
  • Sterilize and maintain lab glassware to rigorous standards
  • Support operations by ordering supplies, delivering materials, and assisting with additional tasks as needed

Who We’re Looking For
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Experience: Work experience in assembly lines, production manufacturing, or fast food is a plus (shift lead experience highly valued!)
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to follow protocols, and strong teamwork skills
  • Character: Honest, reliable, and energetic—you enjoy staying active and pitching in wherever needed
  • Physical Requirements: Able to stand or walk up to 80% of the workday; desk duties about 20%
  • Pre-Employment Requirements: Background Check and Drug Test.
