Work Flexibility: Field-based

The Sustainability Solutions - Regional Manager (SSS RM) is responsible for designing, developing, and executing sales programs that support and achieve the organization's business objectives. The role plans, directs, and coordinates regional sales efforts to ensure consistent performance and goal attainment.

This is a management position that achieves results primarily through others. The role may include direct management of professional staff, management through subordinate managers or supervisors, or leadership of cross-functional or process-driven teams where results are delivered through influence rather than direct reporting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement sales strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate regional sales activities to achieve performance and revenue targets

  • Provide full people management for assigned teams, including:

  • Defining roles and responsibilities

  • Workforce planning and departmental operations

  • Coaching and counseling employees on performance

  • Contributing to employee compensation decisions and changes

  • Lead and develop team capabilities to ensure long-term regional and organizational success

  • Apply broad business and functional knowledge to address issues with impact beyond the immediate area of responsibility

Knowledge & Expertise:

The SSS RM is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the concepts and principles within their discipline. This role also requires broader business knowledge to understand related concepts and apply context when resolving complex issues that extend beyond a single functional area.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience

  • Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, team management, and strategic execution

Sales Base $130,000 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits
