Job description

We are seeking an experienced  Sales Associate to join our team! We are looking for an energetic, self motivated and detailed oriented individual who enjoys a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing sales product and service information.

Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Saturday and Sunday off. Must be available during these hours. Individual must have a valid VA driver's license and their own car.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in retail sales & service
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must have excellent memory; willing to study/memorize our products/services
    • Proficient with technology; specifically iPads and computers
    • Interest or general knowledge of sports is beneficial

    Responsibilities:

    • Taking and inputting customer orders
    • Providing suggestions for awards, gifts, and creative ideas
    • Ability to think outside of the box to create the customer's vision
    • Answering the phone and emails
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • This is not a sit down job; will be expected to get hands on and assist in production when needed

    Job Type: Full Time or Part Time

    Pay: $16 - $18 per hour
