Role Overview
The Quality Control Supervisor leads the audit team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with company quality standards. This role oversees inbound and production audits of unfinished and finished goods against Tech Pack specifications, ensures all work orders are audited and 100% inspected in a timely manner, and partners closely with the Product Integrity Manager to prioritize workload and maintain accurate reporting. The Supervisor provides training, coaching, and evaluations for auditors, maintains detailed records, communicates quality standards clearly, approves strike-offs when needed, conducts audits as required, and supports special projects while serving as backup to the Product Integrity Manager.
How You Will Make an Impact
  • Supervise and prioritize daily auditor workload and activities
  • Conduct and oversee inbound and production audits against Tech Packs and company standards
  • Review tech packs and artwork; prepare clear audit reports
  • Train, mentor, and develop auditors in quality methodology
  • Communicate quality standards and nonconformance findings effectively
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure process compliance
  • Foster teamwork, consistency, and a safe, organized work environment

What You Bring
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in Textiles or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5 years relevant quality or garment experience preferred
  • Knowledge of garment construction and basic sewing
  • Ability to distinguish colors (Munsell test required)
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to work overtime and Saturdays during peak periods
