Job description

The Video Producer is a full-time creative force responsible for producing high-impact video content that elevates Visit Fort Worth’s brand and communicates mission-critical capabilities with clarity and credibility.

This role operates at the intersection of storytelling, technology and strategy—building visual narratives that build trust with customers, partners and stakeholders.

Focusing on our commitment to marketing the Fort Worth Convention Center expansion and supporting our sales, sports, destination experiences, film and music departments as well as The Herd. Continuing to raise the profile of the 10th largest city in the U.S.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Lead end-to-end content production aligned to Brand Strategy

Develop brand films, product videos, executive communications, and digital content

Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Marketing, and technical teams

Execute videography including lighting, audio, and multi-camera shoots

Perform post-production editing, motion graphics, and color grading

Ensure brand consistency and compliance with security protocols

Work with vendors and external production partners when required

Manage Dropbox File assets & YouTube page

Maintain media asset organization and workflows

Manage, file and archive video files & assets

Business Relationships

Collaborates with Brand Strategy, Enterprise Communications, Strategic Marketing, Divisions, internal programs and functions and Executive Leadership across the organization and city.

Authorities

Creative ownership of assigned video projects

Vendor coordination for video production

Input into creative standards and production workflows

Hiring freelance crew for larger projects

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Design or related field preferred

5+ years of professional video production experience

Experience in technology preferred

Strong portfolio required

Skills and Abilities

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency

Strong storytelling and visual narrative skills

Motion graphics and animation capability

Ability to translate technical concepts into visual content

Strong project management and organizational skills

High-attention to detail and accountability

Fast-paced environment

Travel/Physical Requirements

25% travel possible
