Position Summary

The Premium Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all premium hospitality operations at Truth Music Venue, including VIP clubs, suites, lounges, and other premium seating areas. This position ensures exceptional guest service while managing premium service staff, coordinating event operations, and maintaining company service standards. The Premium Service Manager works closely with the Food & Beverage Director and other venue leaders to deliver a seamless guest experience during concerts, private events, and special functions.

This role pays an annual salary of $60,000-$75,000 and is bonus eligible.

This position will remain open until October 30, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all premium hospitality areas, including suites, VIP lounges, and club spaces.
  • Lead, train, coach, and supervise premium service staff, including supervisors, servers, bartenders, runners, and support staff.
  • Ensure premium guests receive outstanding service before, during, and after events.
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and floor assignments based on event needs.
  • Conduct pre-event meetings and communicate service expectations to staff.
  • Monitor service throughout events and quickly resolve guest concerns.
  • Work closely with culinary, concessions, and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Maintain high standards for food and beverage presentation, cleanliness, and guest experience.
  • Assist with inventory control, ordering, and management of premium service supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service policies, health regulations, and company procedures.
  • Help manage labor costs and operate within department budgets.
  • Prepare event reports and communicate operational feedback to leadership.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hospitality or food and beverage management experience, preferably in premium hospitality, entertainment venues, hotels, stadiums, arenas, or catering operations.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience required.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Experience managing staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems preferred.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event schedules.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift heavy objects.
