Job description

Job Summary

The Music Marketing Intern will provide daily support for client marketing campaigns in the  Influencer Marketing department, while training across all FH Marketing Departments- Paid Media, Network Distribution, Music Seeding, & Creative Services. This internship is designed for those who are looking for hands-on experience & an overarching view on how music marketing works in the music industry today.

This is an unpaid, part-time internship designed for current students receiving college credit. Interns must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for 10–20 hours per week over a 3-4 month term. This is a hybrid-work role - interns must be able to report to the Los Angeles headquarters 3 times per week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing creators and building out creative strategy for influencer marketing campaigns
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for better performance
  • Conduct creator and trend research related to campaign proposal
  • Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing team to understand client goals for each campaign
  • Report on campaign performance to the Influencer Marketing lead  and gather data to make final reports
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media team, Music Creative team and Network team on various projects and campaigns
  • Shadow other department leads and respond to special projects as requested by Senior Leaders
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • Enrolled in either an Undergraduate or Masters program, Music or Business track preferred & able to provide proof of receipt of credit for participation in this internship
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to be self-sufficient and independent while working as part of a team
  • Previous experience with entertainment marketing and music digital advertising preferred

Program Details

  • Start Date: Flexible
  • Hybrid role: Must be able to attend in person in the LA office 3 times per week
  • Length: 3-4 months
  • Schedule: 10–20 hours per week (flexible to accommodate school commitments)
