EvolutionEyes is a designer and manufacturer of fashion and private label eyewear. For over 30 years, we have been helping people see the world. We are a diverse team collaborating and producing premium and private label eyewear for some of the world’s most iconic brands. EvolutionEyes works with fashion designers, retail stores, and specialty retailers to meet their exact standards for the design and manufacture of quality fashion eyewear. We are seeking passionate people to join our team as we continue to grow and evolve our brand.
 
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and producing print and digital collateral for EvolutionEyes. The ability to conceptualize, design and iterate, develop, and edit package designs, catalog layouts, and various digital assets for presentations, social media, and our websites (company and Shopify) is key to the success of this role; as is product photography and post-image editing. 
 
A fluent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat is required. A solid understanding and respect for visual identity is key: logos, color, typography, imagery, and content development as applied to all forms of traditional and digital collateral.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conceive and implement concepts and designs for various creative projects. 
  • Responsible for adhering to the company brand and style guide.
  • Implement design standards for all print and digital materials. including but not limited to corporate collateral, presentations, catalogs, website, package design and social media. 
  • Hands-on approach to design and content creation.
  • Proof and edit all work for accuracy and consistency.
  • Participate in brainstorming/creative sessions as needed to generate ideas.
  • Collaborate with creative colleagues as necessary for various projects.
  • Build and manage the company’s social media presence.
  • Improve and manage company website, keeping content, aesthetics, and functionality fresh and on-point.  
  • Contribute to improving creative processes and methodologies that ensure creative compliance and increased efficiencies.
  • Work with stakeholders and colleagues to set project deadlines.
 
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven experience as a senior designer and photographer.
  • Hand-on experience in creative process, graphic design, marketing, social media, and brand stewardship.
  • Fluent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • Working knowledge of website design and development.
  • Working knowledge of social media and related platforms.
  • Solid interpersonal and analytical abilities.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Solid organizational, project, file, and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; taking and giving direction.
  • BS/BA in fine art, graphic design, or relevant creative or business field of study.
