This high-visibility role requires a sophisticated professional who can seamlessly navigate a fast-paced environment while interfacing with the President, Board of Trustees, and senior executives. At Berklee, your work directly supports the next generation of creative leaders.

  • On-Campus Presence: This role sits on the physical front line of the C-suite and consistently requires an in-person presence on campus four days per week (occasionally extending to five days based on executive calendar pacing).
  • Marquee Weekends: On-site operational support is required for signature institutional weekend events, including New Student Orientation, Career Jam, and Commencement.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, operations, or high-level executive administrative support.
