Job Overview:

The Strategy & Consulting team is dedicated to identifying opportunities that help our clients push strategic and creative boundaries. The Insights department is responsible for all client social and digital reporting cross-platform, as well as sharp audience profiling via social data sources, syndicated data, and custom research when warranted. While metric reporting is a core function, this team presses beyond the numbers and looks for the story to deliver action-oriented insights and implications.

We're looking for an Associate Director that is ready to jump in and lead a team to provide insights that help drive value for our clients. Our ideal candidate is passionate about finding the "why" behind performance, and eager to dig in with the team on everything from tackling daily challenges to solving long term capability issues and bringing new technology and innovation suggestions to the table.

What You'll Do

  • Lead both external client relationships as well as influencing and enrolling senior stakeholders

  • Identify opportunities and collaborate across functions to provide data-driven insights that elevate overall performance

  • Build unique and comprehensive measurement frameworks for brands and creator partnerships, across both the paid and organic media spectrum

  • Lead core areas of audience insight, brand storytelling, and measurement strategy

What We're Looking For

  • 6-8 years experience in analytics, insights and data management roles. Social/digital focus desired, preferably on campaigns that have integrated influencer marketing or talent partnerships

  • Proven track record of leading and developing analytics teams, particularly in a remote and multi-cultural environment

  • Experience working in social media monitoring tools, social media management tools, and social listening tools

  • Experience working with data visualization and presentation software (Looker Studio, Tableau, Keynote, PowerPoint etc.)

  • Experience building internal and competitive benchmarks

  • Experience working with both paid and organic data analysis

  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships (both internally and with clients)

  • Ability to conduct high level analysis and provide insights in a consumable format that provides creative and strategy teams with actionable next steps

  • Has a finger on the pulse of emerging social trends and platforms, and can think critically about how to implement those best practices for our clients

Base salary range: $100k - $120k, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
