Job description
Musashi Auto Parts - Michigan, Inc., is a leading manufacturer of precision drive train components to the automotive parts industry. "The integrated production system" allows the Musashi group to produce high-quality, low-cost products, and other original "Precision forging technologies" and "Global supply systems". We will continue exploring and developing our original Monozukuri(*) and supply to the global society by providing trusted and attractive products.
- "Monozukuri" is a Japanese word without an English equivalent: it expresses dedication and craftsmanship commitment to the whole production process
Musashi is looking for excellent people to fill our production departments' machining, assembly, and hot forging operator positions. You will need mechanical ability and accurate math and measurement skills to succeed. Also, be able to control the output of various machines to produce quality parts that are within required specifications. As well as meet production quantity goals set forth every single day. Maintain a high level of customer happiness. Finally, you should be able to work in a team-based manufacturing environment. Experience in operating CNC-controlled machinery is a plus.
We are hiring for the following shifts:

• Must be flexible to work any shift

Production associates receive benefits after 90-day trial-hire is completed, a 1 Year increase and raise and increases each year until the maximum pay rate has been reached.
Machining/Assembly

• Starting Pay: $21.07
• 1 Year: $21.86
• 2 Year: $23.13
• 3 Year: $24.76

Hot Forging

• Starting Pay: $22.66
• 1 Year: $23.45
• 2 Year: $24.76
• 3 Year: $26.35
