In addition to being a top-rated joint replacement center in the Stockton area, and the county's leading orthopedic hospital, Dameron has also been recognized as a Top Performer for its Quality Metrics by The Joint Commission.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties campus wide (in and around the buildings). Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment. Repairs and maintains interior and exterior surfaces and textures of the hospital. May assist co-workers in completing their tasks. Must be able to perform jobs in all patient care and operational areas subject to reasonable accommodations, also be able to employ all mandatory safety devices and procedures. Must participate in the Respiratory Protection Program, which may include the wearing of a respirator. Must participate in Fire Extinguisher Training and Hearing Programs. Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment. This is a union position. See Essential Job Functions. Pay range: $23.90-$34.00/hourly.
Requirements:
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School graduate, college degree preferred.
Experience: 3 years of documented work experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of various equipment within commercial, industrial, industrial or healthcare facilities preferred.
