Warehouse Associate

Fullerton, CA

Warehouse Associate – Power Equipment

Full‑Time • Non‑Exempt • Onsite

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, material handling, and production support. In this role, you'll help ensure the accurate and timely flow of materials while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

What You'll Do Shipping, Receiving & Material Handling
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.
  • Support inbound and outbound shipping schedules to meet operational deadlines.
  • Verify incoming materials against packing slips and receiving documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including delivery orders and bills of lading.
  • Support outgoing shipments by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper packaging.
Inventory Control & Warehouse Organization
  • Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock locations within the warehouse.
  • Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Help process freight claims and respond to shipping or inventory inquiries as needed.
Production & Equipment Support
  • Provide general support to production operations, including material staging and movement.
  • Inspect and safely operate material‑handling equipment.
  • Operate forklifts (sit‑down and stand‑up), pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
Safety & Housekeeping
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and operations teams.
What You Bring Experience & Education
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or material handling.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram‑based instructions.
  • Experience operating sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of shipping systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
