Forklift Operator II
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator II to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires strong forklift skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is certified, dependable, and comfortable working in tight spaces with heavy equipment.
Compensation & Shift Schedule
  • Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
  • Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Annual Bonuses & Merit Increases

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts
  • Load and unload heavy power equipment and materials
  • Store and retrieve materials using pallet racking systems (including tight spaces)
  • Review new orders in SAP for accuracy and schedule daily production
  • Create, organize, file, and distribute work instructions as needed
  • Assist with improving shipping and warehouse processes
  • Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years Forklift Operator experience
  • Valid forklift certification
  • Experience working in a high-volume warehouse
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting production deadlines
  • SAP experience highly preferred
  • Experience with WMS and RF scanners
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/office environment

Language Skills
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions and short written communications
  • Ability to write basic correspondence
  • Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one situations

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day
  • Regular use of hands and arms for handling materials
  • Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching
  • Frequent lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
  • Exposure to noise, chemicals, and industrial materials
  • Hearing protection required
