Job Summary/Description:

WVLT-TV is seeking a strategic and hands-on Multimedia Sales Manager. In this position, you will help to grow revenue, expand our digital footprint, and build a high-performing sales team that delivers customer-centric advertising solutions.

Duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Must be a highly organized individual
- Must possess a positive and energetic attitude
- Work in tandem with the Director of Sales and other Multimedia Sales Managers on revenue generation strategy and forecasting
- Help grow New Local Direct business through broadcast and digital opportunities
- Recruit, hire, and train Digital-Focused Multimedia Executives
- Develop a steady stream of new business across all of our platforms
- Attend CNAs and pitches regularly with Multimedia Executives
- Employ a servant leadership sales culture where support, accountability, and winning drive our success

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Advanced Leadership Skills
- Have a positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities
- Expert Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Social Media, etc.
- Deep expertise in digital advertising products and strategies (display, video, programmatic, social, SEM, SEO, e-mail marketing, and OTT/CTV are your playground)
- Previous media sales management experience preferred but not required; experience in the field is needed
- Loves to achieve and win
