  • Maintain an organized production schedule using project management tools (e.g. Wrike) and proactively prepare for upcoming assignments.

  • Collaborate with other content creators to coordinate coverage and ensure seamless execution across projects and events.

  • Organize and maintain digital assets for marketing and archival use, ensuring accessibility and consistency.

Collaboration, Relationship Building, and Professionalism

  • Partner with marketing, communications, and other internal and external stakeholders - including faculty, staff, students, and vendors - to execute multimedia projects that align with institutional priorities.

  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal communication when working with diverse audiences.

  • Engage confidently and professionally with subjects to capture natural, authentic and compelling imagery.

  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate time-sensitive assignments, key events, and high-profile initiatives that occur outside standard business hours.

  • Foster positive working relationships to support a collaborative, creative, and solution-focused environment.

Strategic Planning and Brand Advancement

  • Contribute to the development of multimedia strategies that strengthen Regis University's brand identity, visibility, and alignment with the Strategic Plan.

  • Provide creative direction and recommendations to ensure visual content supports recruitment, retention, alumni engagement, and fundraising goals.

  • Identify opportunities to expand multimedia impact through new formats, storytelling approaches, and distribution channels.

  • Assess content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics, audience engagement, and industry best practices.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening hours. In addition, some local, regional, and/or national travel is required.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media production, journalism, graphic design, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education is preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and directly related professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Minimum one year of professional experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a creative production role.

  • Demonstrated proficiency as both a photographer and videographer, preferably with experience in fast-paced or news-style environments.
