Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multimedia Account Executive to join our team. This role involves representing the AJC Portfolio including Access Atlanta, UATL, DawgNation, along with AJC Amp, selling a diverse range of digital advertising solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital media, a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Sell a variety of digital advertising solutions including digital, social, branded content, events, podcasts, and video.
  • Collaborate with clients to create customized advertising strategies that leverage AJC's and CoxNext's offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions including SEO, OTT, Programmatic, Mobile, DOOH, Social, and Branded Content.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for media, advertising, and staying ahead of industry trends.

USD 120,700.00 - 181,100.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $120,700.00 - $181,100.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $60,000.00.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
